Hi camping friends! At this point in my camp life I am not very ambitious about camp cooking and often only feeding myself. I’m looking for some new vegetarian camp meal ideas, particularly ones that lower carb, quick and easy. Most of the quick easy meal components are noodles etc. Throw some great ideas at me please!
